Overview

Job Duration: 8 Months (extendable upon company discretion).

Job Purpose

o provides thought leadership and expertise to direct, guide, coach and manage the quality assurance team in order to optimize performance.

Functional Accountabilities

  • Liaise with the projects team to ensure the resources are available for the contractors to provide the maximum output.
  • Conduct frequent inspections on the site to ensure the QA engineers follow the company policy and standards.
  • Guide the QA engineers and the consultant during the pre-inspections to achieve the quality level requirements for the company.
  • Ensure the QA Engineers follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to inspect the units, prepare the reports and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
  • Verify the Bills of Quantities and snag list before sending it to the commercial team.
  • Ensure readiness of the properties/project that are due for handover and confirm property quality
  • inspections before the turnaround time.
  • Final check and confirmation of the completed letters of sub-contractors.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the project team and consultant to analyze the week points and delays, and form solutions for the issues.
  • Monitor the attendance of outsourced QAs and review reports by the end of the month.
  • Review and accept appointment requests booked by the clients from the CO. Living app
  • Deal with escalated cases from clients and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide periodic training to the QA engineers.
  • Arrange and provide documents and drawings related to the project to the CRM team when required.
  • Ensure the handover documents like drawings, warranty certificates, manuals and documents are taken
  • over from the Project Management Team.
  • Retain the records of all inspections, handover and history of the clusters assigned, update and share with
  • the manager.
  • Ensure proper client journey during the handover.

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • Demonstrate compliance to organization’s values and ethics at all times to support the establishment of a value drive culture within the organization.

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction Reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate statements and reports to meet department requirements, policies, and quality standards.

Frameworks, Boundaries, & Decision-Making Authority

 Operates within the framework and boundaries of CO. policies as well as overall organizational and governance frameworks.

 Authorised to take decisions as per the approved authorization matrix.

Minimum Qualification

 Bachelor’s degree

 Master’s degree is a plus

.

Minimum Experience

 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in similar industries.

 Proficiency in MS Office
