Position: Senior Scheduler Location: Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities:Prepare and publish weekly maintenance schedules.Coordinate with planners, supervisors, and operations teams to optimize resource allocation and schedule execution.

- .Monitor schedule attainment, maintenance backlog, and resource utilization
- .Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance analysis using MS Office and Power BI
- .Maintain workforce and scheduling data within EAM systems
- .Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with HSE requirements

Requirement
- s:Diploma in Engineerin
- g.Minimum 10 years of industrial experience, including at least 5 years in plant maintenance planning, scheduling, or execution within Utilities or Oil & Gas industrie
- s.
Experience
- in high-volume scheduling work and/or rostering of personnel and resources using EAM systems is preferre
- d.Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and reporting/analytics tool
- s.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skill
