We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator with strong expertise in Interior Fit-Out projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender documents while coordinating with design, sales, and management teams to ensure successful project execution.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator with strong expertise in Interior Fit-Out projects.
The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and tender documents while coordinating with design, sales, and management teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and cost sheets based on project drawings and specifications
- Prepare and submit complete tender documentation within deadlines
- Review project specifications, drawings, and estimation details
- Coordinate with Design, Sales, Procurement, and Management teams
- Analyze project costs and support commercial and contractual activities
- Ensure accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimation for fit-out projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, estimation, cost, commercial, and contractual management
- Strong knowledge of Interior Fit-Out projects
- Experience handling cost and commercial management during design, tender, and construction stages
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and coordination skills
