- wWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support digital transformation and enterprise technology initiatives.
- The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions that meet organizational objectives
- .Key Responsibilitie
- sGather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder meetings and workshops
- .Create user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- .Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure project alignment
- .Analyze and improve business processes by developing As-Is and To-Be workflows
- .Support solution design, UAT, and validation of business requirements
- .Track requirements, risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
- .Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and business analysis best practices
- .Stay updated on digital transformation trends, tools, and methodologies

Qualificatio
- nsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related disciplin

- ce6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation, technology, or enterprise project
- s.Proven experience gathering and managing requirements in complex, multi-stakeholder environment
