Role overview
Oversee quality assurance and quality control for construction projects.
Ensure materials, workmanship, and procedures comply with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and maintain the project QMS; conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities.
- Prepare and review ITPs and method statements; coordinate consultant, subcontractor, and site-team inspection approvals.
- Check materials against project specifications and approved standards; identify non-conformances and initiate corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain quality records, reports, and test results; coordinate testing and certifications with external laboratories.
- Support project teams in meeting quality and safety standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 4–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects; UAE experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and construction codes.
- Experience handling consultant approvals and site inspections.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting; good communication and coordination skills.

Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 2,168.30–12,137.83 per month.
