Supervises and coordinates construction-site activities to ensure work is safe, efficient, and meets project requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise workers, foremen, and subcontractors on site.
- Plan and coordinate daily construction activities.
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and approved methods.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other departments.
- Keep productivity and progress aligned with project schedules.
- Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow HSE requirements.
- Check workmanship quality and report issues.
- Prepare daily work and progress reports.
- Resolve site-level issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions.
Requirements
- At least 5–10 years of experience as a General Foreman or Construction Foreman.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction activities and site supervision.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Good manpower and subcontractor management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
