Civil Engineer responsible for managing and executing construction-site activities in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site construction and ensure execution follows approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Monitor site quality, safety, and productivity; assist with planning, material coordination, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and authority regulations; support inspections and approvals.
- Identify and resolve site issues and technical challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in construction or contracting projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and site-execution work.
- Familiarity with UAE authority requirements and site procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
- Strong coordination and communication skills; UAE/GCC experience and immediate availability are preferred.
