Oversee construction projects in the UAE and deliver them on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Resolve project-related issues and maintain project documentation.
- Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of UAE construction experience as a Project Manager.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Candidates able to join immediately are preferred.
