The employer is hiring a QA/QC Inspector for a luxury villa project.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect construction work against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
- Monitor site activities for compliance with project quality standards.
- Raise and follow up on inspection requests, nonconformance reports, observations, and quality reports.
- Coordinate quality matters with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
- Review materials, workmanship, and installation activities for compliance.
- Maintain QA/QC documentation and inspection records.
- Assist with ITPs and method statements; follow corrective and preventive actions through closure.
- Participate in inspections, testing, snagging, and handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least five years of construction QA/QC experience and experience on villa or luxury villa projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction specifications, drawings, ITPs, method statements, and quality procedures.
- Familiarity with consultant/client inspection procedures.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates available on short notice are preferred.
