Execute and optimize digital campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Work with content, social media, and graphic design teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategy to meet growth and ROI/ROAS goals.
- Manage prospecting and remarketing campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, and social media; optimize customer acquisition cost.
- Oversee group Google Ads accounts, campaign targeting, budgets, ROI, lifetime value, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with content and SEO teams to convert organic traffic into leads; integrate marketing with the sales pipeline using Salesforce and ABM tools.
- Test new digital channels and coordinate external agencies against campaign goals and KPIs.
- Lead social media advertising for user adoption and brand growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance and channel efficiency using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Salesforce, and other tools.
- Provide data-driven campaign and conversion-funnel recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage email marketing, nurturing, and remarketing campaigns; manage landing pages, A/B testing, and ongoing conversion optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience, focused on marketing technology management.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, ActiveCampaign/HubSpot or similar, Typeform, and other digital marketing tools.
- Expertise in multi-channel strategies including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Proficiency in web analytics, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
