Quality review and inspections
- Review Material Approval Requests, Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, T&C procedures, construction control sheets, check sheets, MEP and system assurance documents, manuals, and related records for project quality compliance.
- Inspect materials delivered to the construction site and verify compliance with project specifications.
- Implement progressive quality inspections through completion, supervise test and inspection schedules, and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Conduct weekly site quality patrols.
- Conduct or witness T&C, Factory Acceptance Tests, and Site Acceptance Tests, and consolidate SAT reports.
Records, reporting, and compliance
- Maintain and update QA/QC registers for factory and calibration certificates, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions and observations, and materials delivered to site.
- Monitor and record construction activities related to quality requirements.
- Identify and issue non-conformance reports and recommend stop-work orders where appropriate.
- Conduct reviews, inspections, and testing to verify requirements and ensure work is supervised in line with approved documents.
- Monitor trends, conduct analysis, and provide reports, including daily or activity reports for assigned MEP QA/QC work.
- Audit systems and works, assess supplier quality, and propose improvements to management, testing, laboratory, and work arrangements.
Qualifications and experience
- Be well versed in ISO 9001:2015 and process quality auditing.

- Work is in person.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
