The employer is seeking a skilled and experienced MEP Draughtsman in Dubai, UAE.
The stated MEP scope includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and fire alarms.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of MEP design, estimation, and different UAE authority protocols.
- UAE experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop MEP layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to align drawings with project requirements.
- Perform calculations and analysis for compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback and modifications.
- Coordinate with other workers to detail components and systems and resolve design problems.
- Prepare rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
- Communicate with architects and engineers and incorporate information gained into drawings.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is in person.
