Oversee and manage MEP construction projects from planning through completion.
Deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and oversee MEP projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety, and contractual requirements.
- Manage site progress, resolve technical issues, and mitigate risks.
- Prepare progress reports and attend client and consultant meetings.
- Oversee procurement, material delivery, testing, commissioning, and close-out.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 10 years of UAE experience in MEP construction projects.
- Experience managing MEP works in commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
- Knowledge of UAE construction practices, project management, and contract administration.
- Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 8,000–10,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
