Construction Manager role overseeing civil construction activities from project commencement through completion.
The position is responsible for safe, timely, budget-controlled delivery in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage civil construction activities, site execution, project milestones, teams, subcontractors, manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, method statements, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, clients, planning, procurement, and commercial teams.
- Monitor schedules, recovery plans, subcontractor performance, quality, costs, variations, and potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, QA/QC requirements, HSE policies, risk assessments, and safe work practices.
- Resolve site issues, review progress reports, attend coordination meetings, and manage testing, snagging, handover, and close-out.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- 10–15 years of civil construction experience, including significant Construction Manager experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, project execution, site management, project planning, and progress monitoring.
- Experience managing subcontractors, manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and pressure-management abilities.
- Large-scale masterplan or townhouse development experience is highly preferred.
- UAE or GCC construction experience is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 10,000–15,000 per month.
