• .Responsibilitie
• sAssist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of project quality management systems
• .Prepare and implement quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures
• .Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
• .Monitor site activities and verify that work is performed according to approved procedures
• .Identify quality issues and support corrective and preventive action processes
• .Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation
• .Participate in internal and external quality audits
• .Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on quality-related matters
• .Ensure compliance with applicable international standards and project requirements
• .Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a quality-focused culture across the project
• .Qualification
• sBachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• .Minimum 10 years of relevant QA/QC experience in building, infrastructure, and communication projects
• .Minimum 2 years of management experience in the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a Quality Management System (QMS)
• .Strong knowledge of international quality standards and quality management principles
• .Proven ability to develop and implement quality systems, quality plans, work procedures, and inspection plans
• .Experience in quality inspections, audits, documentation, and compliance monitoring
• .Registered Lead Auditor with IRCA certification is preferred
• .Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• .Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• .High proficiency in written and spoken English
