s?We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities on major EPIC projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems that ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard

  • ses.Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and client requireme
  • nts.Lead quality inspections, audits, and monitoring activities across project si
  • tes.Manage and maintain quality management documentation and reco
  • rds.Coordinate with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and clients on quality matt
  • ers.Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive acti
  • ons.Monitor project activities to ensure adherence to approved quality pl
  • ans.Conduct quality reviews and support continuous improvement initiati
  • ves.Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and best practi
  • ces.Lead and mentor QA/QC teams to achieve project quality objecti
  • ves.Prepare quality reports and provide updates to project managem

Qualifica

  • tions

Bachelor’s Degree in Engine

  • ering.Minimum 15 years of relevant QA/QC experience in building, infrastructure, and communication pro
  • jects.At least 5 years of experience as the overall QA/QC Manager or QA/QC In-Charge on major pro
  • jects.Proven experience in establishing and implementing QA/QC systems, procedures, and processes for EPIC projects of similar size and compl
  • exity.QMS Lead Auditor Certification or equivalent qualific
  • ation.Strong knowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry codes, standards, and prac
  • tices.Ability to assess compliance and exercise sound professional judgment against quality require
  • ments.Experience in site quality management, inspections, audits, and project coordin
  • ation.Excellent leadership, communication, and team management s
  • kills.High proficiency in written and spoken En
  • glish.
