Job Title: Sales Engineer – Pump Sales (HVAC / MEP)

Industry: HVAC And MEP Contracting

Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 12,000 per month

Experience: 5–6 years of proven GCC experience as a Sales Engineer

Job Brief

Are you a passionate Sales Engineer with experience in pump sales?

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our growing team in the HVAC and MEP industry.

In this role, you will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide the right pump solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales for pumps and related engineering solutions.
  • Meet clients to understand their project needs and recommend the right products.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and customers.
  • Identify new projects through market research and contractor networks.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations and sales proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure manuals, warranty letters, and other project documents are issued on time.
  • Share all project specifications with the Service Team before Testing & Commissioning (T&C).
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5–6 years of proven GCC experience as a Sales Engineer in pump sales.
  • Experience in the HVAC or MEP contracting industry is required.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good technical knowledge of pumps and engineering solutions.
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
