• .Responsibilitie
• sDevelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera
• .Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with approved timelines
• .Prepare look-ahead plans, recovery plans, and project forecasts
• .Analyze project performance and identify schedule risks and delays
• .Coordinate with project managers, site teams, consultants, and clients
• .Prepare periodic planning reports, dashboards, and presentations
• .Track project milestones and support timely decision-making
• .Assist in budget monitoring and project control activities
• .Review resource allocation and productivity trends
• .Ensure planning processes comply with project requirements and company standards
• .Support successful project delivery through effective planning and coordination
• .Qualification
• sBachelor's Degree in Engineering
• .Minimum 15 years of overall relevant experience
• .At least 10 years of experience as a Planning Lead or Senior Planning Engineer with a contracting company
• .Proven experience in the execution of major capital projects of similar scale and complexity
• .Minimum 8 years of project planning experience in the Arabian Gulf region
• .Experience working on projects valued at QAR 100 million and above
• .Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
• .Advanced proficiency in Primavera for schedule management and project controls
• .Experience working within ISO-certified organizations
• .Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• .High proficiency in written and spoken English
