Job Title: Project Manager – Construction (On- Site Qatar)

Location: Qatar

Job Brief

Are you a skilled Project Manager with a passion for delivering landmark projects?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead large mixed-use construction projects in the Gulf region.

In this role, you will guide teams, manage project delivery, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of major mixed-use construction projects.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall performance.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve project challenges effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead project commissioning and handover activities.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Build and motivate high-performing project teams.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

  • **Bachelor of Engineering degree.**
  • **Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).**
  • **Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience.**
  • **At least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager with a contracting company.**
  • **Experience managing major mixed-use capital projects valued at QAR 100 million or above.**
  • **Minimum 10 years of project management experience in the GCC.**
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, commissioning, operations, site safety, quality management, and project coordination.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
