Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 1 year of procurement experience is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
Procurement and supplier coordination
- Research vendors and suppliers and assess supply and price options.
- Prepare supply requisition forms using job cards and technical reports for operational materials unavailable in the store.
- Obtain quotations and negotiate supplier pricing and contract terms.
- Coordinate LPO preparation with Accounts and follow up with suppliers to support timely delivery.
- Check supply quality and coordinate deliveries with the Storekeeper.
- Collect delivery receipts and invoices, prepare Work Completion Forms, and coordinate supplier cheque preparation.
- Maintain supplier relationships and records of supplier qualifications, delivery times, purchases, and pricing.
Pay
- Pay is QAR 3,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work is in person.
