Painting and maintenance duties
- Apply protective and decorative paint, varnish, and related materials to interior and exterior building surfaces and other structures.
- Clean painting equipment, paint-mixing areas, and work areas; follow appropriate painting procedures and match paint correctly.
- Complete supervisor assignments and monitor job cards through timely completion, coordinating openings and closings with data-entry staff.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests and coordinate operational matters with tenants, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Attend emergency work and prepare units for arrivals.
- Maintain compound and facility orderliness; report painting irregularities for repair.
Experience
- At least 1 year of painter experience is required.
Pay
- Pay starts at QAR 1,300 per month.
Work arrangement
- Work is in person.
Employment
The position is full-time.
