Calo is seeking a Purchasing and Inventory Officer to manage procurement and inventory operations end to end.

Procurement
- Source and manage local and international suppliers for ingredients, packaging, and services.
- Ensure timely purchasing aligned with production and demand planning.
- Track supplier performance, pricing, and cost-saving opportunities; build vendor relationships and monitor food and beverage market trends.
Inventory and operations support
- Oversee stock control, storage, inventory accuracy, and real-time inventory records; reduce discrepancies.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and monitor expiry dates, batch tracking, and stock movement.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and warehouse standards, including HACCP.
- Work with kitchen and production teams to forecast needs, support material planning and daily stock issuance, track KPIs, and support audits and process improvements.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
- Two to three years of experience in procurement and inventory roles.
- F&B or FMCG experience is preferred.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
Skills
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
