Accommodation Supervisor

Role overview

Main responsibilities

• Oversee daily accommodation operations and manage room allocations, occupancy, and housing requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep; ensure Wi-Fi, utilities, and facilities function properly.
• Arrange and monitor staff transportation and coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers.
• Address employee concerns and resolve accommodation and transportation issues.
• Conduct regular inspections, monitor essential services, and respond to urgent issues with on-site support.
• Reside in staff accommodation to provide on-site supervision and timely assistance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in staff accommodation, facilities management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Communicate in English and Hindi, with basic Arabic communication skills.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, transportation, vendors, and employee requirements is advantageous.
• Manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and respond flexibly to urgent issues.
• Willingness to reside in staff accommodation is required.
• Must be currently based in KSA.

• Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of facility maintenance, utilities, and accommodation management.
• Able to coordinate with employees, vendors, and maintenance teams and handle unexpected situations.
• Responsible, reliable, proactive, approachable, hands-on, and detail-oriented.
