Purchase Officer role focused on procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
The description states Abu Dhabi, UAE, and 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in MEP or construction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and procurement of MEP materials and equipment.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate prices and terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate material requirements with project, engineering, and warehouse teams.
- Monitor supplier performance, deliveries, and outstanding orders.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years as a Purchase or Procurement Officer in MEP or construction.
- Good knowledge of MEP materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and procurement systems.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Available to join immediately.
