Role summary
Proficient Group seeks experienced HSE Officers to ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and promote safe working environments across project sites.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and monitor work activities.
- Ensure workers comply with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety orientations.
- Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe acts and conditions.
- Assist with incident reporting and emergency response activities.
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and UAE HSE regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 4 years of HSE experience in construction, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred certifications
- NEBOSH IGC and/or IOSH certification is preferred.
- Immediate joiners are an advantage.
Workplace
- The role is in person in the United Arab Emirates.
