Qualifications
- Certified in Lifting Supervisor; a Lifting Supervisor certificate is specified.
- High school education.
- Three years of experience in precast or construction works.
Responsibilities
- Prepare lifting plans and follow up on risk assessments and lifting methods.
- Ensure lifting activities follow the plan and use the specified lifting gear; verify valid third-party certification for lifting gear, cranes, and riggers.
- Supervise lifting, loading, offloading, and shifting activities.
- Ensure truck loads are secured for travel and offloaded elements are safely placed and secured.
- Maintain logistics rules and follow safe stocking procedures.
- Comply with health and safety legislation, OHS requirements, and communicated HSE induction, procedures, and policies.
- Coordinate with other departments as needed; take reasonable care for health and safety and cooperate with employer OHS requirements.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 5,000–6,500 per month.
