Overview
**A.K.X Investments LLC** is looking for a **highly experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO)** to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have **around 5 years of UAE experience** as a PRO and strong knowledge of handling government-related processes, visa matters, trade licenses, labour and immigration documentation, and company legal formalities.
Candidates with **previous experience in an investment company or group of companies** will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all **visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labour/immigration procedures**
- Handle **trade license renewals, company registrations, amendments, and approvals**
- Coordinate with **MOHRE, Immigration, DED, Dubai Economy, Emirates ID, Medical, and other government authorities**
- Process **employment visas, labour cards, Emirates ID, medical appointments, and labour contracts**
- Maintain and track all company legal documents and ensure timely renewal
- Handle **attestation, notarization, government submissions, and official documentation**
- Ensure compliance with all **UAE legal and regulatory requirements**
- Support management with all government-related matters for company operation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
