About This Role
Overview
AKX Investments is looking for a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to supervise workers on-site and ensure daily construction activities are completed efficiently, safely, and according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead construction workers on-site
- Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed on time
- Follow instructions from the Construction Supervisor/Engineer
- Ensure all work is done as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor workers’ performance and productivity
- Maintain discipline and proper conduct on-site
- Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment
- Report daily progress to the supervisor/management
- Identify and report any site issues or delays
- Ensure site safety rules are followed at all times
- Assist in coordinating material deliveries and usage
- Support in handling labor and workforce on site
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of **UAE experience** as a Foreman
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations
- Ability to manage and control labor teams
- Basic understanding of construction drawings
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- **Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred)**
Preferred
- Experience in residential/commercial projects in UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
