Senior PRO / Accountant
About This Role
We are looking for one highly experienced candidate to join our company as a Senior PRO / Accountant, who can independently manage both PRO duties and accounting responsibilities.
The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years of UAE experience in handling government-related procedures, company legal documentation, staff visa/labour matters, and accounting / finance operations.
PRO Duties:
- Handle all government-related works for the company
- Manage trade license renewals / amendments
- Process visa applications, labour cards, Emirates ID, immigration, and MOHRE
- Coordinate employee onboarding / offboarding documentation
- Maintain records of company legal documents and expiry dates
- Liaise with DED, Immigration, MOHRE, Municipality, Banks, and other authorities
Accounting Duties:
- Handle daily accounting entries
- Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, petty cash, and expense records
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Manage supplier payments and invoice verification
- Maintain accounts payable / receivable
- Support VAT documentation and financial reports
- Maintain accounting records for group companies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
