Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness, product presentation, and customer-care standards in guest rooms and public areas.
- Service guest rooms discreetly, including checking and replenishing minibars and guest amenities.
- Maintain security of guest belongings and provide requested guest services.
- Keep uniform, personal appearance, and hygiene to professional standards.
- Collect work allocations and sign for keys or bleeps before starting the shift.
- Clean, stock, and maintain guest rooms, linen cupboards, and service areas.
- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance problems through work orders to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Hand lost property to the Housekeeping Office and secure minibars and guest amenities at shift end.
Qualifications and competencies
- Luxury-hotel housekeeping experience is requested.
- Attention to detail and effective time management are important for thorough cleaning and meeting deadlines.
- Physical stamina is needed for prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and walking.
- A friendly, helpful demeanor supports guest service.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment, and agents is requested for safe, effective work.
- Collaboration, respect for guest privacy, confidentiality, and safety awareness are important.
Compensation and benefits
- Tax-free annual salary of QAR 21,600.
