Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Property Sales Manager
to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in property sales, client relationship management, and deal negotiation within a competitive market environment.
Role Overview
The Property Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the complete property sales cycle, from lead generation and client acquisition to negotiation and successful deal closure.
The role requires a proactive approach to client servicing, strong market awareness, and the ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
The selected candidate will be actively involved in conducting property viewings, identifying investment opportunities, managing client portfolios, and executing strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
A strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market and regulatory framework is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end property sales transactions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
- Conduct property viewings and present investment opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Identify market trends and business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate or property sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is highly preferred
- Experience with CRM systems and property listing platforms
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
- Fluent in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage
