Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and confident **Real Estate Sales Consultant** to join our team.
This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and the Dubai property market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, generate, and manage leads through calls, meetings, and property viewings
- Advise clients on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer service
- Stay updated with market trends, community information, and pricing
- Negotiate and close deals professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Coordinate with the marketing and admin teams for listings and promotions
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred (business requirement)
- **Fluent English is mandatory**
- Additional languages (Russian, French, Chinese, German, Spanish, etc.) are a strong advantage
- Prior real estate experience is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-based structure
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- UAE driving license is an added advantage
