About the Role
We are looking for ambitious
Sales Executives
to join our growing Dubai team and drive sales across exclusive off-plan and luxury residential developments.
This role suits motivated professionals eager to grow their real estate career with a developer-focused portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell off-plan properties within Galaxy Realty’s exclusive portfolio.
- Manage and convert leads into successful transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and corporate investors.
- Educate clients on project details, pricing and market opportunities.
- Participate in property exhibitions, networking events and promotions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets with accurate reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- **Minimum 2 years**
- of real estate sales experience (Dubai market preferred).
- Strong understanding of sales fundamentals and client handling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- CRM proficiency and lead-management discipline.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Fluency in English and Arabic required; (Chinese/Russian is a plus).
