About This Role
Hiring: Sales Advisor – Real Estate
Yoho Properties is seeking dynamic and results-driven **Sales Advisors** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving property sales, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service across both the off-plan and secondary real estate markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients
- Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and new developments
- Negotiate property prices and terms effectively
- Guide clients through the buying process, documentation, and payment plans
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams for seamless client service
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related sales field in Dubai preferred
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven personality
- Familiarity with CRM systems and property portals is an advantage
- Degree or diploma in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus
