Property Manager – Real Estate (Dubai)
**Home Square Real Estate LLC** is looking for an experienced and motivated **Property Manager** to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing company residential units, handling rental and sales operations, and improving overall property performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing residential apartments, villas, and buildings
- Handling property listings on portals like Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc.
- Coordinating rentals, leasing activities, and lease renewals
- Monitoring vacant units and improving occupancy rates
- Assisting with residential unit sales when needed
- Preparing reports about rental income, vacancies, and market performance
- Coordinating with tenants, owners, and maintenance teams
- Ensuring maximum occupancy and revenue generation
- Maintaining strong client relationships and providing professional customer service
Requirements
- Must have **minimum 2 years of UAE experience** as a Property Manager in Dubai
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws and leasing procedures
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with CRM systems and property portals
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai residential real estate market
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- **Any nationality can apply**
