Senior Property Manager (Commercial)

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial properties , ensuring strong financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring solid hands-on commercial property management experience , strong budgeting and financial control , and the ability to lead FM teams while maintaining high service standards .

This role is critical to ensuring portfolio performance, maintaining tenant relationships, and upholding company standards across all assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio
• Oversee and monitor FM teams and service providers
• Prepare, manage, and track budgets, service charges, and financial reports
• Ensure achievement of KPIs and SLA standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial tenants
• Handle tenant queries, renewals, and lease coordination
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure asset upkeep
• Drive cost control and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• Support asset value enhancement and occupancy optimization

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial property management (ESSENTIAL)
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and service charge management
• Experience managing FM teams and contractors
• Excellent tenant management and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize effectively
• Strong understanding of KPI-driven environments
• Bachelor's degree (Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related preferred)
