About This Role
Property Manager Assistant (Accommodation Included)
We are an international investment company operating across property and other sectors, with a
growing accommodation portfolio in Dubai. We are looking for a reliable and proactive Property Manager Assistant to be our on-the-group representative, working with our overseas team to manage five apartments within one building.
This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience in property or
hospitality. You will live in the same building as the apartments, with accommodation provided, and be
responsible for the day-to-day running of the units.
Daily tasks include communicating with tenants and guests, handling check-ins and check-outs,
coordinating cleaning and maintenance, assisting with viewings, and ensuring everything runs
smoothly.
Ideal Candidate
- Good written and spoken English
- Confident dealing with tenants, guests, and contractors
- Proactive and able to solve problems independently
- Positive attitude and willing to learn
- Experience with property marketing or social media is a bonus
- No extensive experience required — we are looking for the right mindset. Strong potential for growth and increased earnings based on performance.
Job Details
- Location: Downtown Dubai (accommodation provided in the same building)
- Hours: Part-time (5pm–10pm)
- Portfolio: 5 apartments
- Pay: AED 3,000 + performance-based commission
- Additional: Car can be discussed
- Immediate start available.
