About the Role
We are expanding our Property Management division and looking for a driven Property Manager who can both manage properties and actively bring in new management business.
This is not a purely administrative role — we are looking for someone with a strong business development mindset.

Business Development
- Source and acquire new property management clients (building owners, landlords, investors)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and close management agreements
Property Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of managed properties
- Manage tenant relations, leasing, and renewals
- Coordinate maintenance and service providers
- Ensure timely rent collection
- Provide regular reports to property owners

Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in property management in the UAE
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Existing network of property owners is a plus
- Good understanding of UAE real estate laws and leasing processes
- Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Self-motivated and target-driven
