PXI Real Estate is hiring a detail-oriented Listing Agent in Abu Dhabi.
The role sources and secures property listings, builds owner relationships, maintains accurate property information, and helps market listings across relevant platforms.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure residential listings in Abu Dhabi; build relationships with property owners and developers.
- Contact owners for property details, availability, pricing, and listing authorization.
- Collect and verify prices, unit details, specifications, amenities, and availability.
- Coordinate with owners and internal sales consultants on viewings and availability.
- Maintain the property listing database and records of owner communications, documents, and property details.
- Prepare and publish listings on approved portals and marketing platforms; follow authorization and documentation procedures.
- Monitor Abu Dhabi market trends, projects, prices, and inventory; communicate professionally with owners and clients.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Abu Dhabi real estate market knowledge is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Able to maintain accurate records and manage multiple listings.
- Good English communication skills; Tagalog is mandatory.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Able to work independently and within a team; organized, proactive, presentable, and target-oriented.
