PXI Real Estate is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Listing Agent in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on sourcing and securing property listings, maintaining owner relationships and accurate property information, and marketing properties across relevant platforms.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure residential property listings; build relationships with property owners and developers.
- Obtain property details, availability, pricing, and listing authorization from owners; verify unit details, specifications, amenities, and availability.
- Coordinate with owners and sales consultants regarding property viewings and availability.
- Maintain the property database and records of owner communications, listing documents, and property details.
- Prepare and publish listings on approved portals and marketing platforms; follow listing authorization and documentation procedures.
- Monitor Abu Dhabi market trends, projects, prices, and inventory; communicate professionally with owners and clients.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications; ability to keep accurate records and manage multiple listings.
- Good English communication skills; organized, proactive, presentable, and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and within a team; immediate availability is preferred.
