Role overview

PXI Real Estate is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Listing Agent to join its Abu Dhabi team.

The agent will source and secure property listings, maintain relationships with owners, keep property information accurate, and support effective marketing.

Location and employment

  • The role is in Abu Dhabi and is explicitly full-time.

Responsibilities

  • Source and secure new residential property listings in Abu Dhabi.
  • Build relationships with owners and developers; obtain property details, availability, pricing, and listing authorization.
  • Collect and verify property prices, unit details, specifications, amenities, and availability.
  • Coordinate property viewings and availability with owners and internal sales consultants.
  • Maintain and update the listing database; prepare and publish listings on approved portals and marketing platforms.
  • Follow listing authorization and documentation procedures and keep accurate records of communications and property details.
  • Track Abu Dhabi property trends, projects, prices, and inventory.
  • Communicate professionally and provide a high level of service to owners and clients.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
  • Abu Dhabi real estate market knowledge is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Able to maintain accurate records, manage multiple listings, and communicate in English.
  • Be organized, proactive, presentable, and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
