PXI Real Estate is hiring a Listing Agent in Abu Dhabi to source and secure residential property listings.
The role includes owner relationships, accurate listing information, and marketing properties across relevant platforms.
Responsibilities
- Source and secure residential listings and build relationships with property owners and developers.
- Obtain property details, availability, pricing, and listing authorization from owners.
- Verify property prices, unit details, specifications, amenities, and availability.
- Coordinate viewings with owners and internal sales consultants.
- Update the listing database and publish listings on approved portals and marketing platforms.
- Follow listing authorization and documentation procedures and maintain records of communications and property details.
- Monitor Abu Dhabi property market trends, projects, prices, and inventory.
- Provide professional service to property owners and clients.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is an advantage.
- Candidates should know Microsoft Office and basic computer applications and be able to manage accurate records and multiple listings.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Candidates should be organized, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
