PXI Real Estate is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Support Agent to join its Abu Dhabi team.
The role combines customer communication and follow-up with support for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers and respond to enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective customers and leads.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information.
- Arrange and follow up on customer appointments.
- Support the sales team with customer follow-up.
- Build positive customer relationships and contribute to team and sales targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills; a polite, active, and ambitious manner.
- Interest in sales and real estate.
- Arabic fluency; English is an added advantage.
- Customer service or sales experience is an advantage.
- Recent graduates are welcome.
