Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Luxury Off-Plan Client Advisor role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

The Luxury Off-Plan Client Advisor will focus on advising and supporting clients interested in premium off-plan properties, with a particular emphasis on Belgium, Italian, Spain, and Arabic-speaking markets.

Daily responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and providing tailored investment advice aligned with client needs and market trends.

The role involves maintaining high standards of client care, handling inquiries across multiple channels, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end sales journey from first contact through post-sale follow-up.

The advisor will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, listing, and mortgage services, stay up to date with developer offerings and market changes, and ensure all activities comply with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing skills in client relations, customer satisfaction, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; fluency in one or more of the following is highly preferred: Arabic, Italian, Spanish, or relevant European languages.
  • Knowledge of insurance or related financial products to support clients with comprehensive property and investment decisions.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or luxury property advisory, preferably in off-plan or high-end developments.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to work toward and exceed sales targets.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with diverse, international clientele.
  • Good understanding of the UAE real estate market or willingness to rapidly build market knowledge.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic digital tools (email, presentations, virtual tours, and online listing platforms).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field
