Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Property Advisor role based in Abu Dhabi.
The Property Advisor will support clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, providing accurate market information and tailored recommendations.
Responsibilities include conducting property viewings, qualifying leads, maintaining an active portfolio of listings, and preparing necessary documentation in line with company and regulatory standards.
The role involves building and sustaining client relationships through regular follow-ups, professional guidance, and high-quality customer service.
The Property Advisor will also collaborate with internal teams, stay up to date on UAE real estate trends and developer offerings, and work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, understand client needs, and deliver a professional client experience.
- Knowledge of Property Management and Investments to advise clients on property options, returns, and long-term value.
- Basic understanding of Finance to explain payment plans, mortgages, and investment structures clearly and accurately.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or a related field in the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi and broader UAE property regulations, communities, and key developers.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple leads and tasks, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; fluency in English is required, and additional languages (such as Arabic) are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are preferred.
