Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Leasing Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Sales and Leasing Consultant will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions in line with company standards and UAE regulations.

Responsibilities include advising clients on suitable properties, negotiating lease and sale terms, preparing and reviewing lease documentation, and coordinating with internal teams for listing, marketing, and transaction support.

The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking renewals, and supporting resident retention through responsive follow-up and problem resolution.

The consultant will also stay informed about market trends, new projects, and competitor offerings to provide informed guidance to clients and contribute to team targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience with leases, lease administration, and understanding of leasing regulations and documentation.
  • Strong customer service and resident retention skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in a client-facing environment.
  • Proven sales, negotiation, and closing abilities, ideally within real estate or a similar high-value transactional field.
  • Familiarity with the UAE real estate market, particularly Abu Dhabi, is highly preferred.
  • Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software to manage leads, listings, and reports.
  • Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple properties and client inquiries simultaneously.
  • Relevant certification or license in real estate (or willingness to obtain, if required by local regulations).
  • Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are an advantage.
