Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant role based in Abu Dhabi.

The Senior Sales and Leasing Consultant will manage the full sales and leasing cycle, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms, and closing transactions in line with company targets.

The role includes preparing and reviewing lease documents, coordinating with landlords and tenants, and ensuring accurate and timely lease administration in the company’s systems.

The consultant will provide high-quality customer service, follow up with leads, and maintain ongoing communication to support resident retention and referrals.

Daily responsibilities also include staying up to date on market trends, competitor offerings, and new projects, as well as collaborating closely with internal teams such as listing, marketing, and business development.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in leases and leasing processes, including lease negotiation, documentation, and compliance.
  • Experience in lease administration and related real estate operations, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  • Proven ability in customer service and resident retention, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record in real estate sales and leasing, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Solid knowledge of local real estate regulations, market trends, and developer offerings.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software for managing leads, listings, and documentation.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to transportation are highly preferred.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
