Overview

VIP Brokerage is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead, coach, and inspire a team of property consultants.

This role is ideal for a proven real estate professional with strong leadership capabilities, a passion for sales excellence, and the ability to drive team performance in Abu Dhabi's dynamic property market.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing sales consultants, improving conversion rates, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and supporting the overall growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Real Estate Consultants.
  • Drive team sales performance and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
  • Monitor lead management, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews.
  • Support consultants during negotiations and deal closures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and revenue.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new real estate consultants.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
  • Foster a positive, competitive, and collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of UAE real estate sales experience.
  • Previous experience leading or managing a real estate sales team.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi real estate market and developer projects.
  • UAE Driving License and own vehicle required.
  • Existing network within the UAE real estate industry is an advantage.
