International Sales & leasing Consultant - Abu Dhabi

Overview

What you will do

• Advise clients on buying, selling, and investing across residential, off-plan, and luxury segments
• Sell off-plan projects from our exclusive developer partnerships — Aldar, Modon, Bloom Holding, and Reportage
• Conduct property viewings, investment consultations, and community tours with pre-qualified leads provided by VIP Brokerage
• Build and manage a client portfolio spanning local residents, GCC buyers, and international investors
• Manage listings accurately across Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and our CRM platform
• Negotiate, prepare documentation, and close transactions in full compliance with UAE and ADREC regulations
• Stay sharp on Abu Dhabi project launches, pricing trends, and Tawtheeq procedures
• Who we are looking for
• 0–5+ years of experience in real estate, banking, automotive sales, recruitment, or any client-facing sales role; motivated fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• UAE Real Estate Broker License is an advantage, or willingness to obtain one (VIP Brokerage will support and cover the licensing process)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to achieve targets and close deals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin are highly advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• UAE real estate market experience is preferred
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are preferred
• UAE residence visa with NOC is preferred
