Overview

VIP Brokerage is expanding and seeking experienced Real Estate Consultants to join our high-performing Abu Dhabi team.

If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and are looking for a brokerage that provides qualified leads, premium inventory, direct developer relationships, and strong operational support, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert qualified property leads
  • Conduct client consultations and property viewings
  • Advise clients on residential and investment opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
  • Negotiate offers and successfully close transactions
  • Stay informed about market trends and new project launches

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of real estate experience preferred
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Driving License and own vehicle preferred
  • Residence Visa with NOC preferred
